Nice location but the cleanliness of the property let it down. Cobwebs in the kitchen, fridge had some grime in it, a dirty towel left hanging in one of the bedrooms, ensuite showers were dirty in the corners and plaster on the floor in the lounge.

Ian was accommodating and extremely helpful whenever we required help or advise. Nothing was to much trouble. Enjoyed our stay and the facilities. Thank you Ian

Staye for the easter holidays with 2 grandchildren, had a lovely stay house could do with some improvements, handle on toilet door just comes off in your hand. 1st night we couldnt get the heating to work. Ian came out the next day to sort it out. We still had a lovely stay.

An excellent property in an amazing location, quiet but close enough to amenities if needed. It has everything you need in abundance, there wasn't anything we couldn't find if we needed it. We loved our stay at Box Tree Farm. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. Relaxing in the hot tub in such gorgeous surroundings was just amazing. Just mind the odd ram that may try and wake you up on a morning, tapping on the french doors ! Definitely recommend a stay in this house.
