Excellent Stay Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at this holiday let and couldnt be happier with our experience. The property was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location was perfect quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean towels and fresh bedding. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. We truly felt looked after. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and stressfree holiday stay
Please read all reviews Wasnt cleaned before we arrived, cleaner was sent once we had messaged key holder. As previously mentioned in reviews the utility room had a leak floor soaked, bucket if dirty water in corner of the room as stated in previous reviews from last year so why not fixed? notes on dryer and dish washer saying they didnt work, was reported in 24225, not sure if fixed as we didnt try to use them. Again dryer was broke in previous reviews Toilet doesnt flush properly , so not ideal If there is 8 occupants as we had while staying there, Lino is still lifting up in kitchen again mentioned last yr in a review House is a great size for a big family, sadly has faults that let it down that havent been sorted since last year, why has no one checked repairs have been done or cleaning been done before its let out again?
The house itself is really nice but we did have 2 issues in the utility room, 1 been a leek in the roof, only small but there and the dryer was broken but when informing the property about the dryer they already arranged for some9ne to come look at it, sadly it was not while we were still there, otherwise the house is amazing, specious, clean, tidy, couldn't ask for a better stay.

The house was very spacious and comfortable, we had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in so much so I couldnt get my sons out of them in the morning lol . We were given a parking permit as the street is for permit holders only and got a parking space straight across the road from the house. It is only a few minutes walk from the nearest shops and takeaways and only 10 mins walk from the seafront. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year.
We sent an email of complaint on our return asking for compensation. We still have not received a reply.
Property was clean and spacious. House was very cold but soon warmed up when we put the heating on. Floor downstairs has lots of gaps under the carpet so have to watch your step. There is only one bathroom, which was problematic due to the number of us. We had a good weekend and enjoyed our stay but wouldnt stay again for the above reasons. It was good value for money
Christine
Only 1 black bag for rubbish so had to buy some. Apart from that we are very happy with the property.
The property is a great place to stay it was loved by my kids so we have booked again for next year
It was a lovely house and the owner is very kind and highly recommend it.

Great house for families and groups I stayed here with my husband and 2 sons it was a big house with plenty of room for us all with plenty of room to spare. My sons enjoyed the games room as they could relax playing the Xbox after being out in the town which is only a 5 min walk away or doing University coursework which they brought with them so the free WiFi helped a lot. The beds were very comfortable and the parking permit was good for parking in the street as it is a permit holders area.
Lovely house, really appreciated the essentials in the house such as washing up liquid, cleaning sprays as this helps not having to bring all these things. Towels provided also really helpful. Liked the touches such as matching cushions and blankets on the beds. Games room great and kept the kids happy. Short walk to the promenade and easy tram access, good location. Would definitely stay again.
I would definitely recommend you it was a pleasure to stay
We absolutely loved our stayat St Heliers, however there are a few points we'd like to make in order to improve the property for future guests. .. Critique As many others have pointed out, the property would benefit hugely from a second toilet downstairs perhaps part of the laundry room could be converted. The house requires a more thorough clean throughout, before each new guest arrival. Stains on the walls, a thin layer of dust on surfaces & dusty old carpets could easily be improved. There was someone else's used disposable BBQ in the back yard when we arrived, along with cigarette butts, which was offputting. Also PLEASE get some larger bowls we bought cereal to eat and it was like eating it out of a thimble using the bowls provided, they're tiny! The bin was surrounded by small flies when we arrived too, could probably use a thorough wash with hot water and bleach. The kitchen sink needs a washing up bowl to help reduce water use. Good stuff We loved the provision of WiFi, the handy guide provided before our stay, onstreet parking with permit, the washer & dryer facilities, the games room for the kids was a huge hit, the large fridgefreezer, dining table with plenty of space and chairs, the several bedrooms and comfy beds, extra bedding and towels provided, and the general enormity of the property. The house is huge and you definitely have enough room to spread out, enjoy plus everyone have their own space as a family. Thanks so much for a lovely stay hopefully improvements can be made and we'll recommend you to anyone heading to Blackpool in future!

My family and I stayed in St Heliers in mid July for a weeks holiday and found the house to be very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. we got a parking permit from the owner so we could park outside the house as the road is for permit holders only. The beds were comfy and my sons enjoyed using the games room and playing on the XBox. The property was only a 5 min walk from the nearest pub and 10 mins walk from the seafront. The only thing I would recommend for the property would be to add a downstairs lavatory as if someone is in the shower you have to wait a while if you need the toilet. I would recommend to any groups or families.
Highly recommended. We were large family group of 8 adults and found the house roomy and comfortable. The property was well equipped & the owers communication prior to our arrival was very good providing us with lots of useful property information and tips for a great break. Would definitely rebook to stay at the property again. The house was 1015 walk to the sea front and tram stop. As there was only one parking space allocated to the property we parked our additional cars in Bloomfield car park which was reasonably priced and only a short walk from the property.
Natalie
Excellent location for all that Blackpool has to offer, within walking distance of all amenities. We had two cars with us and host was very helpful with supplying details of a car park for the second as you can only park one car on the road. Host was helpful with a comprehensive welcome pack and additional questions for recommendation. Only a few things that let the place down the biggest was the cleanness of the place, kitchen had food out of date in cupboards, flowers that had died weeks ago in a vase in the Window, bathroom looked like it needed a deep clean making us bleach the toilet n sink area before use. No toilet brush supplied. Bedrooms were very comfortable and had fresh sheets and good space. Another big factor was theres no normal tv channels on any of tvs so unless you have your own subscriptions to added extra such Netflix or a bbc log in you couldnt watch tv at all this should be Basic to have at least free view via an aerial. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was want we needed for our weekend to enjoy Blackpool
Cleaners could do with looking up when dusting. Lots of hanging dust trails especially around lights. Perhaps a quick check of crockery etc to see if clean. Maybe a quick squirt of air freshener too. On the whole it was a lovely place to stay. Shame about the neighbours and street but that's out of your control of course.
I have already reported to Sykes my dismay about this holiday and would not recommend this property to anyone
It was very nice clean accommodations. Thank you for make comfortable stay for us. Highly recommended.
The apartment is quite spacious and in the middle of a good residential area. Perfect for a group gathering. Only thing to note that you may not have many choices for the utensils and toiletries in the property which I think is a required in a large holiday home as this.
